NSEB ( Neredeyse S\u0131f\u0131r Enerjili Bina ) Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi<\/span><\/p>\n

Buildings classified as Nearly Zero Energy Buildings (NSEB) are required to have an Energy Performance Class of B or better in their Energy Performance Certificate, and must also meet at least 10% of their primary energy demand through on-site renewable energy use.<\/p>\n

Buildings with a total construction area of 2,000 m\u00b2 or more are required to be designed and constructed as NSEB. For these buildings, it is mandatory to submit the \u201cPre-Calculation Result Form\u201d included in Annex-10, demonstrating compliance of architectural, mechanical, and lighting projects with this Regulation. This form must be prepared using the BEP-TR software and submitted together with the permit application project documents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Parking Regulation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For building permit applications of new constructions with a mandatory parking requirement of 20 spaces or more, at least 5% of the required parking spaces\u2014provided that it is not less than 1 space\u2014must be arranged in accordance with relevant standards to be suitable for electric vehicles, including the installation of charging units.<\/p>\n

If these regulations are not complied with, occupancy permit (habitation certificate), Energy Performance Certificate, and utility subscriptions cannot be obtained.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
